Refund policy
We have a 30-day SATISFACTION GUARANTEE (from time of receipt of product). If in any way the product is incompatible with your skin or you are unhappy with the product, you can return it for a full refund (shipping not included).
If your skin is overly sensitive and you are concerned that you may react, we encourage you to first read the ingredients lists to make sure there are no known allergy-inducing ingredients for you. Further, you can request a sample of a given product through our contact page or chat button.
Should you need to make a return, please contact us at info@edenpureskin.com to let us know. Once we receive the item we can process your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or used product (unless the product is unacceptable as identified in paragraph 1 above). And if the sale item does not meet the promised standard, then of course a refund also is in order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
